Jim has a strong background of Continuous Improvement, having held positions as an Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer and a Design Engineer. He received his Black Belt training in 1996 while at AlliedSignal Automotive, and generated substantial benefits for the organization in both the Manufacturing and Transactional areas. He has also worked as an Automotive Design Engineer, integrating Design for Six Sigma and Design for Manufacturing principles into current and future automotive safety restraint products. He later held positions as a Black Belt and Master Black Belt at GE Industrial Systems.
As a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Colleen has coached business leaders, trained over 5000 project leaders and facilitated project teams that have delivered improved customer service and millions of dollars in operational savings for Charles Schwab, Discover Financial Services, adidas, Beam Global Spirits, Brinker Restaurants and Ministry Healthcare.
Michael has consulted with medium to large companies for more than 12 years following a successful career in the oil and gas industry. Concentrating on operations management and supply chain management processes Michael uses Lean and Six Sigma tools coupled with the APICS body of knowledge best practices and the SCOR supply chain model to help clients get better business results. Michael is a Certified Master Instructor with APICS for their CSCP, CPIM and Lean certifications.
For over 20 years, Kelly has led change initiatives that have reengineered operations processes and transformed organization culture for her client companies. Her practical approach to process improvement was honed in her years in executive management with American Express, GE, and Target. She is able to tailor best practices and methods to fit unique company needs, and actively engage their people in designing their future. Kelly has consulted with companies in a wide range of industries, including energy, public utilities, telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, broadcasting, and publications.
Clare is a senior-level professional with over 15 years of demonstrated expertise in business process improvement consulting, education and application across many industries. Clare has a history of working closely with leaders, management and staff at all levels to ensure meaningful and successful improvement initiatives. Clare specializes in business improvement methods, change management and leadership skills and has worked with national and international customers representing both transactional and manufacturing industries.

Craig has worked in continuous improvement for over 25 years. He combines the ability to think creatively with strong analytical skills. Trained as an industrial engineer, Craig has the ability to explain statistical terms and concepts in an easy-to-understand to everyone and make them applicable to the every process.
Mike Nichols is a Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belts and has helped organizations such as American Express, Discover Card, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, AFLAC, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, Cisco Systems, Pfizer, Hess Oil and the Charlotte School of Law. Nichols' long time interest in quality management has over the years led him to assume numerous leadership positions in the American Society for Quality, culminating in his service as President of the Society for the 2007-08 year and Chairman of the Board in 2008-09.
For over a decade, Tracy advises companies and spearheads implementation on many aspects of process improvement including strategic planning, training, implementation, mentoring, project selection and delivering results. Tracy is a people person with complementary data analysis skills that make her very successful in a process improvement role. In addition, many clients say that Tracy is a cultural fit in their organization.
